The Hyde Art Gallery opens its spring semester with “Mmmultiplicity,” installation works by Lea Anderson, on exhibit at Grossmont College Jan. 23 to Feb. 23. This exhibition is a beautiful confluence of sea creatures floating around the walls of the gallery. The semi-transparent and opaque forms are reminders of the vastness of the sea and the wonderfully abstracted elements of shapes and colors are impressive with their multiplicity.
An exhibit opening reception is set for 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31. Gallery hours are: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday and Thursday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m Tuesday and Wednesday; closed Friday-Sunday and holidays. Admission is free.
Parking is available during the exhibition with the purchase of a permit from the vending machine in Lot 1F. Free parking is available for the opening in Lot 1 The gallery is located in Building 25 across Café 200.
