Plans listed below are all voluntary plans available to eligible employees.  The cost of these plans are paid 100% by the employee.  Please contact the Benefits Department for more information.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Eligible employees may enroll in the FSA plans offered through TASC.  Please click on the links below for more information.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Term life insurance and/or Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance are available through the Hartford for you, your spouse and your children. 

Rates are dependent on your age and the coverage amount you enroll in.

Income Protection Plans

Colonial Life offers the following five plans:

  • Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability and Hospital Confinement

Pre-Paid Legal Services

The Hyatt Legal Plan offers such services as living trusts and wills, civil litigation defense and identity theft defense. 

  • Eligible employees can enroll when they are first eligible or at open enrollment each year. 
  • Once enrolled, an employee must remain on the plan a minimum of 12 months before they are allowed to waive coverage.
