There will be no refunds for students who cancel their enrollment less than one week (7 days) prior to the course start date.
Course Transfer: In the event of a health or work emergency, you may be able to transfer your enrollment to the next semester course offered. Please contact Janice Melroy at janice.melroy@gcccd.edu
Credit Toward a Future Course: In the rare event a class credit is issued, enrollment must occur in the next available section of the same offering. Class credits are void after 90 days or June 30 of the calendar year in which the class is offered, which ever comes first.
Group Rates: Contact Janice Melroy janice.melroy@gcccd.edu to find out about special group rates.
Class Cancellations/Postponement: Classes may be cancelled or postponed due to low enrollment, at which time you will receive notice that your class has been cancelled or postponed. If your class is postponed, there is nothing that you need to do. If your class is cancelled you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Registration: Some classes fill rapidly and any class not meeting minimum enrollment will be subject to cancellation or postponement. We encourage you to register at least five working days prior to the start of any class. You will be notified if the class is postponed or cancelled.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration. Registrations can be paid using credit card or PayPal.
Course Certificates: Electronic copies (PDF) of course certificates will be issued free of charge via email
at the end of each semester. Contact Janice Melroy (janice.melroy@gcccd.edu)to request a replacement certificate.
Requests for replacement certificates issued more than 3 years before the date of
request will not be honored. Please store your certificate in a safe place when you
receive it.
