Canvas Semester Checklist
WHAT TO DO AT THE START OF A SEMESTER
- Copy your course and/or upload new materials and get it ready
- Check your course for accessibility
- Change the end dates of your courses if desired
- Publish your Canvas course
- Change student passwords if necessary
- Refer students to help pages/staff
- Request Teaching Assistants, Guest Instructors, Evaluators, and students with an Incomplete be added
- Request prior instructors be removed from the course
WHAT TO DO AT THE END OF A SEMESTER
- SLO Assessment
- Turn in grades
- Archive your courses/grades and save them to your computer
