Driver Data Process

All employees who drive on behalf of the District must complete the Driver Data Form and adhere to Cart Safety Rules.

Form

This process confirms:

  • Employee has a valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance.
  • Employee has been approved by manager to use a vehicle on behalf of their department.
  • Forms must be received and approved by Human Resources before an employee may drive a cart or other District vehicle including a personal vehicle or rented vehicle for District business.


Record of Approvals

An approved list of authorized employees is maintained in the Human Resources office.


Distribution

Information regarding approved drivers can be obtained through Risk Management upon request.
